Prices do not include shipping and handling.

All orders must be paid in full or unless other arrangements are made.

All merchandise is shipped by Fed Ex unless specified otherwise.
Claims for damages, open or concealed, are to be made to freight forwarder.
Claims for shortages must be made within five days of receipt of order.

Custom Orders and custom work

All custom orders and custom work require a 50% deposit.

A request must be made for returns before return of any merchandise. Special parts and/or customer work and orders are non-returnable. All returns are subject to a 15% handling charge and all freight must be prepaid.

Warranty

The goods and services are for the purpose of racing only, an inherently dangerous activity and Capital City Motorsports makes no representation or warranties in connection with the use of the goods and/or services and/or goods upon which services have been performed or their safety, and expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including the warranty of merchantability or the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

The customer hereby releases and agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Capital City Motorsports for any harm, damage, injury or other loss or claim therefore to the customer, Capital City Motorsports or any other persons, from any and all incidents relating to the use of any goods and/or services purchased from Capital City Motorsports and/or goods upon which services have been performed by Capital City Motorsports.

The remedy under any warranty which is not hereby effectively disclaimed is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts and specifically excludes all incidental or consequential damages. There are no warranties whatsoever as to future performance.
